Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA). (Paid certification training will be provided for the right candidate if needed).
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season (vaccination will be provided at QLI, free of charge, if needed).
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position.
Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

Tutor individuals with online high school classes and study skills.
Provide training to practice skills for returning to work.
Assist individuals in making snack bags or other daily living activities.
Drive individuals to practice speech strategies while ordering and during conversation in community settings.
Collaborate with clinical and residential teams to envision and plan for life beyond QLI.
