When it comes to where you work, we know you’ve got choices…here’s what we provide: Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience Position Status: Part-time, less than 20 hrs per week Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours flexible to meet referral needs Location: We're looking for someone to build a caseload in Cumberland-Perry, York-Adams, and Lebanon Counties. Must be willing to work in these Counties. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree within a related discipline expected and 2 to 5 years of learning experience Or Master’s degree within a related discipline and 0 to 2 years of learning experience
Completion of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment
Not on CMS Exclusion List
A valid driver’s license and 6 months of previous driving experience
Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of feeding, AAC, medically complex children with tracheotomy/passy-muir valves, etc

Responsibilities

Support the development of goals, strategies, and ways to track progress based on the child’s Evaluation Report (ER), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and the family’s goals.
Provide session notes and all required documentation for quarterly and annual reviews.
Offer guidance and practical strategies to families and caregivers to help their child reach IFSP goals during community-based therapy sessions.
Encourage caregivers to actively participate.
Help coordinate speech therapy services by following regulations, supporting financial processes, and working with community partners.
