The Special Needs Aide position is designed to help meet the physical and instructional needs of individual students with disabilities both inside and outside the classroom. The aide will assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), which includes self-help, behavior management, and instructional programs. This role operates under the general supervision of the principal and the immediate direction of certified teachers.
