About The Position
The Specimen Processing Supervisor will oversee functions within the Specimen Processing department, which may include Specimen Processing, Test in Question/Problem Resolution, and Imaging/Microfilming. The supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of Specimen Processing, compliance training, training of personnel, monitoring quality, and improving productivity. The role requires ensuring a safe, ergonomically sound, and professional environment while understanding all functions of the department.
