About The Position

This role is an essential part of creating a smooth, welcoming clinic experience for every individual who walks through the door. You’ll support the provider by performing a blend of hands‑on clinical tasks and day‑to‑day administrative work that keeps the clinic running efficiently. From preparing patients and performing routine testing to helping with scheduling and front‑office needs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the clinic delivers reliable, high‑quality service. Core hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with responsibilities that may shift based on daily clinic needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Experience with basic clinical tasks such as vital signs, patient intake, and routine testing (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to perform or learn diagnostic procedures including EKGs, audiometric testing, spirometry, and respirator fit testing.
  • Comfort with blood draws, specimen collection, and administering injections under provider direction (training provided).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to support front‑office operations such as scheduling, check‑in/out, phones, and documentation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when completing forms, handling specimens, and following testing protocols.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced clinic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including electronic scheduling and documentation systems; intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Flexibility to support nearby service centers as needed.
  • Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • Obtain Hair Collections Certification within two (2) weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
  • Provide assistance to the client’s designated worksite as operational needs arise.
  • Prepare patients for physical exams, including obtaining vital signs and performing vision screening.

  • Perform blood draws and collect laboratory specimens.
  • Conduct EKG testing.
  • Perform drug and alcohol testing in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct audiometric testing, spirometry testing, and respirator fit testing.
  • Administer injections as directed by the medical provider.
  • Support front desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out, scheduling, answering phones, filing, and processing referrals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
