We’re looking for a results-driven sales leader who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and relationship building. As Specification Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind industrial and commercial lighting projects in the northwestern region of the US—turning specifications into wins, ideas into installations, and contacts into long-term partnerships. You’ll work directly with end users driven through traditional channel models, specifiers, engineers, and contractors to shape solutions that meet both performance and budget goals, all while mentoring regional teams and uncovering fresh market opportunities. All of this in order to drive and manage sales through the traditional channel model. This role calls for a proven track record in lighting or technical sales, sharp business instincts, and the agility to manage multiple complex projects from kickoff to completion.
