Job Description The Specification Representative is responsible for securing specifications for Wilsonart, primarily within the commercial design community which includes architects, designers, and store planners. The Specification Representative may also be required to secure residential specifications which include home builders and kitchen and bath dealers. Selling activities include extensive product education explaining not only features and benefits of Wilsonart products but how our products can satisfy needs of specifiers on their projects. The ability to build and maintain relationships within the specification community is critical. This role will be responsible for making sure all Wilsonart marketing devices are appropriately placed and updated on a timely basis.
