Schedule: Hours per day - 8 Days per week - 5 Schedule: 6:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs all the responsibilities listed for General Maintenance Classification III. 2. Repairs, maintains and installs electrical systems and equipment such as motors, transformers, and wiring. 3. Knowledgeable and confident to work on systems up to 480 volts. 4. Repairs and maintains mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and systems. 5. Performs repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system. 6. Performs welding and braising as required. 7. Performs routine maintenance and repair of electronic temperature control, alarm systems refrigeration equipment, and food service equipment. 8. Performs computerized programming of Heating and Cooling systems. 9. Participates in "Emergency Call" response schedule. 10. Proficient in moderate to advanced computer experience (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Building Control Software) 11. Plumbing and light carpentry repairs. 12. Performs snow plowing and/or removal. 13. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and crawl under desks/tables QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience preferred HVAC Certified (or must obtain EPA 608 Universal certification within 59 days) Computer literacy preferred Experienced in snow plowing Must have passed the Maintenance test with a minimum score of 75% or made contact with the Director of Maintenance to schedule a test, prior to the closing of this posting.
