About The Position

VCA South Shore Weymouth Animal Hospital is hiring experienced Veterinary Technicians to join our team at our busy, 24-hour emergency/referral/multi-specialty and general practice in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. We have specialty roles in Ophthalmology, Oncology, and Anesthesia/Surgery Do you thrive in an environment that promotes and encourages growth and development? Nice To Haves

  • Credentialed Technician is a plus but we will also support the right candidate in their pursuit of CVT or VTS credentialing.

Responsibilities

  • Procedural anesthesia monitoring
  • Full Technician Skill Utilization
  • Collecting patient histories & thorough physical exams
  • Venipuncture / IVC placement
  • Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
  • Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
  • Providing compassionate care for all patients
