About The Position

The Specialty Services Technician handles specialized client requests, including deep cleaning, floor maintenance, and disinfection. This role ensures high-level site maintenance through technical expertise and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Driving: Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history.
• Experience: Proven background in general cleaning and specialized floor care (stripping/waxing).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in pressure washing and chemical dilution/application.
• Independence: Capable of working effectively with limited supervision.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, maintain a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• General & Deep Cleaning: Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, lobbies, and high-touch surfaces.
• Floor Care: Perform advanced floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.
• Outdoor Maintenance: Utilize pressure washers to clean building exteriors, walkways, and grounds.
• Sanitization: Apply industry-standard disinfection techniques for pathogen remediation (including COVID-19 protocols).
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate wet vacuums, hand trucks, floor buffers, and automatic scrubbers.
• Communication: Maintain professional communication with team members and customers regarding tasks and dilution/dwell times.
