Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday; Saturdays as needed
  • Clean-shaven face (required for respirator safety seal)
  • Strong communication and basic math skills
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Licenses/certifications as required (we pay for training and licensing!)

  • Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, including trap setup and sealing entry points
  • Complete light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Complete service documentation and production forms
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay current with industry standards
  • Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers
  • Once inspections have been conducted to identify pest activity, install termite control systems
