About The Position

The Specialty Services Tech is responsible for providing consistent and effective service comprising of hard surface floor care, carpet care, window cleaning, general cleaning and post construction services, ground maintenance and lighting as assigned by the Specialty Service Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required
Valid driver's license
Physical stamina
Attention to detail
1 year of hard surface and carpet care cleaning experience

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of janitorial and/or floor care experience

Responsibilities

Perform daily, routine, periodic and emergency janitorial services as directed by Account Supervisors, Site leads and or Area Manager with assigned areas and or facilities.
General surface wet and dry cleaning
Sweep interior /exterior surfaces
Wet and/or dry moping
Vacuum carpeted and hard surface flooring
Clean restroom fixtures and surfaces
Dust of horizontal and vertical surfaces
Wet clean, dust glass surfaces and frames
Empty trash receptacles
Collecting/removal of recycle items
Police interior/exterior areas
Sweep and mop floors
Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces
Clean or shampoo carpets
Perform light window and wall cleaning duties
Maintain equipment and supplies
Follow workplace safety standards
