The Specialty Sales Team Leader role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, retail business fundamentals (including sales trends, inventory management, pricing, and promotions), planning daily/weekly workload, leading multiple businesses, and leading a team of hourly members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
