The Specialty Sales Team Leader role offers meaningful experiences to build skills in guest service fundamentals, fostering a guest-first culture, understanding retail business fundamentals (sales trends, inventory, shopping patterns, pricing, promotions), planning daily/weekly workload, leading multiple businesses, and effectively leading a team of hourly members, including interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining talent.
