About The Position
The Style Consultant at Target is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through strong operational skills and a passion for style. This role involves engaging with guests, maintaining product availability, and executing visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping environment. The Style Consultant plays a key role in ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and inviting, while also supporting the overall guest service culture at Target.
