About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the life sciences, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • At least 3 years of field-based account management or pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in hospitals, IDNs, or specialty accounts.
  • Experience in allergy or immunology markets and product launches is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of complex account sales, payer dynamics, and patient access strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to analyze business trends, use CRM tools effectively, and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption and brand recognition across assigned territory, delivering value-based presentations to healthcare providers, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, influencers, and prescribers.
  • Conduct live or virtual customer engagement meetings, providing clinical and product expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including market access, sales operations, and support to execute account plans effectively.
  • Navigate complex payer landscapes to facilitate patient access, including formulary and insurance coverage considerations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company values in all interactions.
  • Travel within territory as required, including overnight trips up to 25% or more.
