Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with field personnel (operations and sales) when customers are not receiving required services, up to and including upper management.
  • Provides daily updates to Supervisor on the current status and trends of assigned accounts.
  • Proactively recognizes issues prior to occurrence and is empowered to take corrective action to avoid service defects by engagement of top company executives.
  • Manages and resolves multi-task service requests of customers through various access channels of written correspondence, email, chat, fax, and verbal communications.
  • Provides internal and external correspondence to meet customer needs and supplies daily/weekly/monthly performance report cards as necessary.
  • Participates in customer conference calls with Sales and Operations to uncover and secure new business opportunities or resolve service issues.
  • Participates in projects for process and quality assurance improvements, as requested.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.
