About The Position

The Specialty Product Support Coordinator at GAF Commercial is responsible for providing sales and product support related to specialty products in the commercial roofing sector. This role involves generating project quotes, maintaining vendor relationships, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient order processing and accurate pricing representation. The position is part of the Siplast team and typically follows a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 3+ years office experience Required
• Basic knowledge of roofing technology including deck design, substrate materials, and membrane technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project quotes for specialty products including various types of insulation and roofing components.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain quotes and streamline the quoting process.
• Maintain a database supporting project quotes, report writing, and project information.
• Generate and communicate metrics related to the specialty quoting function for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the CPQ pricing team and Salesforce developers to maintain pricing tools and CRM systems.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to facilitate quote generation and ensure smooth order processing.
