About The Position

At CVS Specialty, we’re redefining pharmacy care for patients with complex conditions—and we’re looking for dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to join our mission. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring prescriptions are filled and shipped accurately and efficiently. You’ll handle everything from data entry and benefit verification to contacting patients for refills and coordinating deliveries. Your day may include processing new referrals, assisting walk-in patients, managing inventory, and preparing medications for shipment—including those requiring special handling. You’ll also support prior authorizations and help enroll patients in financial assistance programs. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of pharmacy and medical terminology. If you're organized, adaptable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, CVS Specialty is the place for you. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and quickly learn new systems. In addition to paid days off for employees, we also offer ten paid holidays. We are open Mon-Fri 8:00AM-6:00PM. We are closed on federal holidays. This is an onsite position. Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician License with Georgia Board of Pharmacy
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Quickly learn new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty Pharmacy Experience
  • PTCB or NHA National Certification
