About The Position

The position serves as the primary lead for internal and external customers for all Specialty Pharmacy, Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC), and health system (HS) partnerships. The role involves leading relationship and retention efforts for an existing strategic group portfolio, working closely with representatives from Specialty Pharmacy, AIC, and HS to gain sales insights and drive organic sales growth to meet targeted goals. The individual will act as a project lead for the efficient resolution of customer issues, onboarding, EComm troubleshooting, account ordering, return goods, credit & rebills, and contract & price loads. Additionally, the role requires organizing individuals to collaborate on solutions effectively, communicating via phone and email with group administrators, buyers, executives, and other teams as needed. The candidate will manage multiple group mailboxes, ensuring processes are maintained for superior customer service, and participate in implementation meetings to provide guidance and resolution for customer pain points across various departments. The position also involves evaluating internal and external customer reporting for optimal strategic partnership growth and compliance, and engaging as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) with product and contract loads for Specialty Pharmacy, AIC, and HS partnerships to ensure seamless and accurate transactions, including sales orders and target attainment.
