About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy, a leading closed-door specialty pharmacy dedicated to oncology care, is seeking Full-time Pharmacists to join our compassionate Phone Support team in Louisville, KY. We are committed to improving the lives of patients battling cancer and rare diseases through expert care and collaboration. Starting salary: $129,000 and up (based on experience) Shift Differential For All Hours Worked: $4.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before February 28, 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• Current pharmacy license in Kentucky (Multi-state licensure a plus)
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and document all communication with patients, physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team
• Review and evaluate medication orders physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration.
• Maintain patient medication and clinical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
