About The Position

The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep/Clinical Specialist is responsible for promoting Indivior's products to healthcare professionals, including physicians and hospitals, within a designated territory. This role focuses on providing accurate product information, achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Clinical Specialist will engage with various stakeholders to raise awareness about substance use disorders and promote evidence-based treatment options.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare experience.
  • Injectable experience preferred.
  • Experience with Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distributor preferred.
  • Experience selling complex specialty and buy and bill products preferred.
  • Previous experience selling a drug device or technology that required a change in physician protocol preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong customer focus and teamwork skills.
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales of addiction treatment products.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve established sales goals and market share in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, maintaining an up-to-date business plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Demonstrate a strong clinical understanding of Indivior products and related disease states.
  • Communicate product information clearly and accurately to healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and organize daily sales activities to maximize sales objectives.
  • Maintain a professional business image and positive customer relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with the Area Sales Manager and sales leadership team.
  • Participate in fieldwork with the Area Sales Manager and other personnel.
  • Attend sales training meetings and represent Indivior at conferences as needed.
