About The Position

Join our professional food service team where you will deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure guest satisfaction. As a specialty food server, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality and guest contentment. Provide professional and courteous service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest interaction Operate point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency to ensure proper order processing Execute timely and safe food delivery from kitchen to dining areas Demonstrate proper handling techniques for trays and carts (20-30 pounds) in accordance with safety protocols Maintain dining area cleanliness and sanitation standards Process payments and manage guest checks with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) months professional food and beverage service experience
  • Demonstrated physical capacity for continuous standing and mobility throughout assigned shifts
  • Verified ability to manage loads up to 40 pounds, including fully-loaded service trays
  • Superior English language proficiency in both verbal and written communication
  • Advanced competency in POS system operations and payment processing protocols
  • Documented history of exemplary customer service performance
  • Commitment to obtaining and maintaining all requisite food service certifications and licenses
  • The position demands meticulous attention to detail, superior time management capabilities, and unwavering professionalism in high-volume service environments.
  • Position necessitates flexibility for weekend and holiday assignments as dictated by business requirements.
