Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking part-time Specialty Equipment Service Technician-Rescue tools to serve our customers in and around Hagerstown, MD This is a fully remote position for a candidate that resides in or around Hagerstown, MD to service our current customers and create new relationships with organizations we are not currently working with. Successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and supporting all types of Rescue Equipment in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Some of the primary duties and responsibilities for this position are: Conduct periodic service calls at customer locations and perform preventative maintenance services Troubleshoot and perform repairs on customer equipment, as required Pre-schedule jobs, plan routes, manage time, travel, and daily tasks efficiently and effectively Promote services including product maintenance, equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance, and replacement parts

Requirements

  • Individuals must be highly motivated, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, exhibit the ability to work independently through a flexible schedule and understand various computer programs.
  • Successful candidate will have prior sales experience and be able to lift up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Candidates must have at least two years of prior knowledge of the fire industry and manufacturer brands associated with equipment lines.
  • Requires travel to meet with customers, attend meetings/trainings, participate in regional trade shows, and attend company events.
