Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-site management experience in dental or healthcare operations.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire diverse teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years experience in the Dental Industry.
  • Experience in Specialty Dentistry such as Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, etc.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Office Managers and clinical teams to meet and exceed operational and revenue goals.
  • Implement and maintain high standards for the patient experience, striving for a Net Promoter Score of over 80.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with dentists, staff, and executive leadership.
  • Conduct regional training and ensure adherence to operational protocols and brand standards.
  • Oversee and manage P&L statements, budgets, and key performance metrics for each practice.
  • Monitor and control office supply expenses and capital investments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, insurance, and cash handling policies.
  • Promote and coach teams on delivering our 'Distinctive Patient Experience.'
  • Resolve complex patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide offices in achieving comprehensive case acceptance and seamless front-to-back office workflow.
  • Conduct regular on-site coaching visits (minimum 3 hours/week per office).
  • Lead or co-lead performance reviews, continuing education, and office meetings.
  • Support and evaluate morning huddles, provider scheduling optimization, and operational best practices.
  • Play a leadership role in launching new offices, including hiring, training, and setup.
  • Contribute to recruiting and onboarding new providers.
