About The Position
Elite Building Services is looking to add new members to their Specialty Services Crew. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The schedule for this position is ever-changing, requiring flexibility to adjust days and hours regularly. Some evening and weekend work may be required. The Specialty Services Crew position will involve traveling to various sites managed by Elite in Florida. The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks will involve using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles
- Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
- Window cleaning experience a plus
- 2 Years experience

- Floor Care (Stripping, Waxing, Buffing, Carpet Cleaning including spot cleaning, etc.)
- Curtain Change Outs and/or Washing
