Manage specialty claims supporting some or all the following products: Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL), Cyber Liability, and Contractors Errors & Omissions (CE&O), as well as products developed in the future. Provide customers with high quality service consistent with established claims management standards. Manage desk while balancing priorities to demonstrate proactive claims management. Key responsibilities include prompt customer contact; coverage analysis; drafting coverage letters; creating and implementing a strategy for claim resolution; timely assessment of liability and damages; adherence to established reserving guidelines; deductible tracking; and accurate processing and recording of financial transactions.
