About The Position

The Specialty Soccer Coach position at Severance High School is a part-time role focused on coaching boys soccer during the fall season. The coach will report to the Athletic Director and is expected to manage the soccer program effectively, ensuring a positive experience for student-athletes.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience in soccer or a related sport.

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Background in physical education or sports management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for the boys soccer team.
• Conduct practices and games, ensuring adherence to safety and sportsmanship standards.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance and eligibility.
• Promote teamwork and sportsmanship among players.
