Job Description Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts. Provides expert advice and counsel in one of the following types of portfolios: loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property. Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios. Background specific to portfolio type is essential.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management, or
• Five to eight years of experience in (specific asset type)

Nice To Haves

• CPM(R) - CCIM preferred
• Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
• Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
• Good negotiation and client management skills
• Well-developed customer service/relations skills

Responsibilities

• Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts.
