About The Position

The Specialty Artist - MAC at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of MAC products by engaging with guests, assisting them in product selection, and maintaining store standards. This role requires professional makeup artistry skills, exceptional guest service, and the ability to communicate product knowledge effectively. The position supports the Experience Manager by focusing on performance, guest service, and compliance with operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Cosmetology license or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
