About The Position

You will join our specialty respiratory team as a Senior Account Specialist supporting specialist healthcare providers across an assigned U.S. territory. You will deliver clear clinical education, help customers navigate access and reimbursement, and build trusted professional relationships. We value curiosity, teamwork and practical problem solving. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience for Senior level; candidates with 5+ years may be considered at Specialist level.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as required for the role.
  • Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight stays up to 30%.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
  • Strong ability to communicate clinical evidence clearly to specialist audiences.
  • Experience with specialty products using Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution channels.
  • Familiarity working with payer reimbursement or market access teams.
  • Background in biologics, rare disease, immunology or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales.
  • Experience selling into integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or hospital systems.
  • Proven ability to develop account plans and track measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a primarily remote role with regular in-person and hybrid team activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers, including pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists and practice managers.
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
  • Identify access, reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with the right support resources.
  • Create and execute tailored account plans and tactics to improve patient access and service.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, including market access, medical affairs and marketing.
  • Follow compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.
