This role supports the daily operations of the Purchasing Department and reports to the Director of Purchasing & Auxiliary Services. The position is responsible for managing the procurement site in Workday, including requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, supplier requests, service contracts, and blanket orders for all departments. Additionally, this role provides technical training in Workday for end users, collaborates closely with the Budget and Accounts Payable teams, and supports departmental purchasing needs, including managing the College's Amazon account.
