Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established outpatient and departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Nurse Practice Act - in respective working state, and the ANA Code of Ethics. Responsible for assisting Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

  • Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients.
  • Assist Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups.
  • Adhere to established outpatient and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Follow American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice and Nurse Practice Act.
  • Graduate of a School of Nursing.
  • Current state Registered Nurse license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Sufficient previous clinical experience in area of assignment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
