About The Position

Job Summary: Specialized Maintenance Technician focusing to wall vinyl, drywall, and painting projects throughout the property. Maintains the physical condition of the property by meeting established standards of working amenities to consistently provide a high-quality experience and ensure guest satisfaction. Meets all property and industry related health and safety guidelines to support the well-being of guests, team members, and the local community.

Requirements

• Previous drywall, painting, and wall vinyl hanging experience required.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance principles, use of basic tools, and operation of standard repair equipment.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighting up to 125 lbs. Ability to lift a maximum of 75 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Pool Operator Qualified preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, and security of our guests, by maintaining guest privacy at all times.
• Completes wall vinyl repairs, hangs wall vinyl, completes drywall repairs, and painting projects.
• Performs indoor and outdoor rounds of the property including trash removal, and debris cleanup.
• Completes, and documents, pool readings.
• Completes work orders as assigned from the property’s work order management system, ALICE.
• Responds in a timely, courteous manner to guest inquiries, or requests.
• Maintains a professional, friendly, and positive demeanor at all times.
• Maintains a clean, and organized work space.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
