Requirements

  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) processes.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

  • Experience with capital projects execution.
  • Familiarity with Behavior Based Safety practices.
  • Previous experience in a role focused on efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Drives results of assigned area for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Implements and ensures compliance with standards and systems to achieve those results.
  • Deploys Henkel Production System (HPS) initiatives for the area, including workshops.
  • Utilizes data, develops glidepaths, and action plans to improve performance for the area.
  • Maintains quality and integrity of system data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Performs Behavior Based Safety observations and corrects unsafe behaviors and conditions.
  • Works with the team to identify hazards and implement changes that improve safe work conditions.
  • Facilitates root-cause analysis for breakdowns, quality incidents, and safety incidents within the facility.
  • Ensures resolution of red conditions.
  • Supports engineering projects in assigned area.
  • Ensures successful deployment of new product trials on the line and provides feedback to site project leader.
  • Executes capital KI projects.
