We’re looking for a morning-block interventionist for the '25-'26 school year who is ready to bridge the gap between reading challenges and student success. Small hours, massive impact! Position Overview: Provide direct instructional support to two middle school students during the specialized morning block (8:15 AM - 10:15 AM), following pre-designed, intensive reading intervention plans. Implement specialized literacy techniques, utilizing knowledge or certification in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach or methods from a Reading Specialist to assist students with dyslexia and reading goals. Assist the Special Education Teacher by collecting daily academic and behavioral data, managing instructional materials, and reinforcing a structured classroom environment.
