About The Position
The Specialized Human Resources Manager develops effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit and acts as a subject matter expert in the organizational effectiveness space. This role involves developing proposals and recommendations related to policies and practices within the specialized area, serving as a key contact, and managing complex issues and programs in HR policies and practices. The manager supports the integration and implementation of HR programs across client groups and works closely with assigned HR partners to ensure business needs are met. The position also includes interpreting data, assessing risks associated with policies/programs, and leading a team of Human Resources professionals.
