The Manager, ERISA Governance & Reporting (US), will play a key role in the Global RRBW team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the management, oversight and continued development of TD's U.S. ERISA plan governance processes, compliance, and management reporting. The role will report jointly to the Senior Manager, Global Retirement Governance, Reporting and Process and the Head, U.S. Retirement, Benefits & Well-being. The Specialized Human Resources Manager develops effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.
