Employees in this role are responsible for maintaining billing accuracy and integrity. The primary focus in this position will be to handle complex billing for accounts on special programs, rates, riders, or contracts and ensure that billing is completed timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure usage data for billing is complete and accurate
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consumption/billing irregularities are identified and resolved
• Update billing systems, as needed
• Solve difficult billing exceptions
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
