Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Culinary School or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of six years experience in food preparation and knowledge applicable to the food specialty.
  • Ability to work the line in different locations.
  • Knowledge of safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods such as roasting, frying, and grilling.

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary School or certification.
  • Experience in specialized cuisine pertaining to specific work stations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare mise en place items and compound sauces.
  • Check work station for cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
  • Perform assigned side work and assist other staff as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of casino events and promotional activities.
  • Handle routine customer complaints and maintain positive guest relationships.
  • Work a flexible schedule as required by business operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
