About The Position
SHRM Labs is the workplace innovation lab and venture arm of SHRM, dedicated to advancing workplace technology solutions. Through programs like the WorkplaceTech Accelerator, SHRM Labs empowers HR leaders and organizations by providing access to cutting-edge solutions and resources to shape the future of work. The Workplace Innovation Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the execution and growth of SHRM Labs’ WorkplaceTech Accelerator (WTA). This role involves managing day-to-day program operations, supporting participating startups, and ensuring seamless delivery of programming and resources. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about workplace innovation and technology.
