About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Specialist to join our team, focusing on the US Region. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between local stakeholders and our Global People Solutions team, ensuring that the Workday ecosystem aligns with the specific needs of our US operations. You will not perform direct configuration but will communicate requirements and help prioritize enhancements, while also providing support and guidance to ensure seamless system functionality and integration. Reporting to the Head of People Operations and Transformation, this position involves collaboration with local HR representatives, business units, and cross-functional teams to understand and address the unique challenges and requirements of our US workforce.
