What You Bring: High school diploma/GED required; degree or coursework in business or HR a plus. 2–3 years of sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting experience. Strong communication and relationship management skills. CRM/Salesforce proficiency preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
