About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist at BSN Sports plays a crucial role in supporting the distribution of athletic gear and apparel to schools, colleges, and youth athletic programs across the nation. This position involves various warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

• 2 years in-depth SAP experience
• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years' experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
• Strong time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers.
• Receive, pick, sort, and label orders.
• Pack, fold, and arrange garments.
• Scan shipping orders and input into the inventory system.
• Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products.
• Perform replenishments, cycle counts, and stock checks.
• Resolve inventory and order discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English.
• Participate in meetings and discussions requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback.
