About The Position
Wall Maintenance Specialists are responsible for preparing the climbing wall for Routesetting. This includes stripping old boulders off the climbing wall, washing dirty climbing holds, and washing the climbing wall. Wall Maintenance Specialists work in a team of 2-3 people per shift and report directly to the Head Routesetter.
Requirements
- Operating a drill to remove holds + volumes from the climbing wall
- Navigating up and down a ladder on top of foam climbing padding
- Lifting heavy objects (50 lbs) overhead
- Operating a power washer to clean dirty climbing holds
- Hand washing the climbing wall with wet rags
