Tradeshow preparation: Assists in the design, production and execution of wholesale meetings in addition to creating 3D technical drawings and planograms for pop-up, tradeshows and props Design of showrooms: Assist with FFANY market showrooms to reflect the season trends and produce & source props/décor with vendors Build external partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors across a variety of trades Store visual maintenance: Responsible for upkeep of the integrity of the office décor and manage licensee showrooms décor and graphic flips Partner with retail: Assists in designing monthly window displays for US stores and work with vendors to produce and install in addition to bi-monthly floor flips and merchandising in the retail stores Lead related projects: Manage projects from start to finish and be present for the installation and strikes of projects Perks you will enjoy! Requirements

• Proficiency in Sketchup (or similar) to create 3D models and renderings
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and Microsoft Suite
• Strong project management and communication skills and ability to partner with vendors/meet deadlines
• Creative and spatial thinker with design eye/elevated taste, background in interiors is a plus
• Interested in visual merchandising with proactive, hardworking mindset
• Comfortable being hands-on/physical work
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
