About The Position

Are you passionate about creating high‑quality digital media and bringing training content to life? We're looking for an Audio/Video Content Producer to join our Enterprise Content and Learning team and play a key role in producing engaging media programs from our San Francisco studio, through remote workflows, and with AI tools such as HeyGen and Google Notebook. In this hands‑on production role, you'll operate studio and remote equipment, collaborate with on‑camera talent, support remote contributors, maintain studio systems, and help deliver well-structured and impactful video and audio training that reaches learners around the world. Location & Work Setup Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work on‑site.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of video production experience, including studio and on‑location camera operation
  • Ability to independently operate a multi‑camera studio environment with live feeds, graphics, audio, and media inputs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
  • OS X and Windows environments
  • Media asset management & archive systems
  • Teleprompter systems, lighting boards, routing/patching, and video transports
  • Working knowledge of IP‑based media workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Degree in video engineering, communications, video production, or related field

Responsibilities

  • In-Studio Production
  • Operate a full suite of studio cameras (Sony EX3, DSLR, mirrorless) and lighting systems
  • Ensure equipment readiness, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs
  • Direct on-screen talent and help training experts present their material on-camera
  • Support a safe and secure studio space and oversee equipment care
  • Remote Production
  • Guide off‑site talent through setting up home studio and recording equipment
  • Troubleshoot remote setups and evaluate audio/video quality before recording
  • Support live and asynchronous remote video workflows (e.g., Riverside.fm)
  • Translate narrative content to scripts and storyboards
  • AI-Supported Media Production
  • Produce Proof of Concepts in HeyGen, Google Notebook and other AI-driven tools
  • Coordinate with vendors to execute scalable AI-driven production models
  • Production Planning & Collaboration
  • Partner with instructors, content planners, and project teams to schedule and complete shoots
  • Compile shot lists, track technical logs, and coordinate delivery of dailies to the editing team
  • Attend team meetings and ensure production milestones stay on track
  • Directing & Talent Collaboration
  • Direct or technical‑direct productions as needed
  • Collaborate with on‑camera and voice talent to achieve the desired creative and technical results
  • Post‑Production & Quality Assurance
  • Assemble video and audio selects as needed to meet deadlines
  • Review edits for technical accuracy and compliance with production standards
