Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Drive to solve problems
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Ability to adapt to change
• A sense of humor - Kinda serious about this one
• A love for working with others and a strong understanding of teamwork
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel such as filtering information and applying formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUM, COUNTIF, etc.)
• An understanding of Accounting Principles (e.g., record keeping, debits, credits, etc.)
• Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete payments by receiving, processing, and verifying incoming and outgoing checks.
• Partnering closely with the Accounting teams to confirm payments are processed daily.
• Reviewing data from multiple sources to ensure payment consistency and accuracy.
• Applying a layer of quality assurance to validate data entry.
• Providing internal customer service by responding to a variety of questions.
