About The Position
The Specialist, Transmission and Interchange Services System Operator II is a NERC Certified position responsible for the real-time coordination and evaluation of TVA's transmission resources. This role involves managing transmission service requests, ensuring compliance with NERC standards, and maintaining the stability and reliability of the Bulk Electric System. The operator will work closely with both internal and external customers to facilitate transmission reservations and schedules, while also monitoring and adjusting transmission capabilities as necessary.
