About The Position

The Title Specialist position at DDI Technology involves processing title transactions for automotive titles and registrations.   • Experience handling vehicle titles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Records incoming titles and documents daily according to established procedures.
  • Reviews all documents received to ensure they meet state and DMV requirements and are properly completed.
  • Prepares necessary documents for titling or registration processes, including signatures under POA.
  • Troubleshoots problems related to titles, odometer discrepancies, and power of attorney, performing title history checks as needed.
  • Interacts courteously with state/county offices, tag agents, lenders, dealers, and owners to provide information regarding title transactions.
  • Responds to customer requests and concerns, ensuring immediate follow-through until resolution, and documents requests in the Activity History section of DDI's software.
  • Records all transaction details in the Activity History section of DDI's software program.
  • Responds to email inquiries from customers in a timely manner.
  • Ships packages to multiple locations, both domestic and international.
  • Maintains an organized workspace conducive to departmental success.
  • May be asked to work overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
